The operator of the ViiTor Real-time Translation App is Beijing Yunshang Qulv Technology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” We fully understand the importance of personal information to you and are committed to protecting the security and reliability of your personal information. We are dedicated to maintaining your trust and adhere to the principles of accountability, clear purpose, consent, minimum necessity, security, user participation, and transparency. We also promise to adopt industry-standard security solutions and appropriate security protection measures to protect your personal information.
Accordingly, we have formulated this Privacy Policy, hereinafter referred to as “this Policy.” This Policy applies to the ViiTor Real-time Translation App and related services.
Before using the ViiTor Real-time Translation App and related services, please carefully read and fully understand this Policy. You should use the relevant products or services only after confirming that you fully understand and agree to this Policy. Once you use the ViiTor Real-time Translation App and related services, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to this Policy. If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions regarding this Policy, you may contact us through the contact information provided by ViiTor Real-time Translation.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection or processing of information by third parties that provide products or services through our products or services, including any third-party websites. Such third-party products and services may include other products or services linked from our products or services. If you use such third-party products and services, including providing any personal information to such third parties, you will be subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of such third parties, rather than this Privacy Policy. Please carefully read the relevant terms and policies of such third parties.
Special Notice: When you use AI-related features in this product, including but not limited to AI speaking practice, AI conversation generation, speech recognition, speech-to-text, speech translation, text translation, image understanding, video translation, content generation, and audio/video processing, we may need to send the personal information necessary to implement such features to third-party AI service providers for processing. Before sending such information, we will fully inform you through pop-ups, page prompts, authorization confirmation windows, or other prominent methods, and will only send the relevant information after obtaining your separate consent. If you refuse authorization, we will not send your relevant personal information to third-party AI service providers, but you may be unable to use the corresponding AI features. This will not affect your use of other non-AI features.
Data Deletion Instructions
If you use Facebook Login to access ViiTor Translate and would like to request deletion of your Facebook-related data, you may submit a data deletion request through the following methods:
1. In-app request:
Open the ViiTor Translate App, go to “Profile” or “Upper-right Avatar Settings” - “Cancel Account,” and submit an account cancellation or data deletion request.
2. Email request:
You may also send an email to contact@ilivedata.com with the subject line “Facebook Data Deletion Request” or “Data Deletion Request.”
To protect your account security, we may ask you to provide necessary information to verify your identity, such as your registered email address, user ID, Facebook login method, or other information necessary to confirm account ownership.
After receiving and verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize the data associated with your Facebook login account, including Facebook user ID, nickname, avatar, email address, login records, and other account-related personal information collected or generated during your use of our services, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.
We will provide an initial response within fifteen working days after receiving and verifying your request.
You may also remove our app authorization from your Facebook account:
1. Go to your Facebook account.
2. Open “Settings & Privacy” - “Settings.”
3. Go to “Apps and Websites.”
4. Find “ViiTor Translate.”
5. Click “Remove.”
Please note that removing app authorization from Facebook does not automatically delete data already stored on our servers. If you need us to delete such data, please submit a data deletion request through the in-app or email methods described above.

1. What Personal Information We Collect from You
We collect your personal information to provide you with our products and services and to improve the quality of our products and services. The personal information we collect includes two categories: personal information you provide to us and personal information automatically collected when you use our products and services.

The personal information you provide to us includes all personal information that you actively provide when using our products and services, as well as any content you provide that contains your personal information, including:
i. Personal information: including communication contact information, email address, and similar information.
ii. Content containing personal information: including text, images, photos, voice, videos, communication records, service records, service feedback, and similar content.
iii. When you use AI-related features: the content you actively enter, upload, submit, or send may include text, voice content, audio files, images, videos, conversation content, contextual information, processing instructions, source language, target language, generated results, and feedback content.
In addition, third parties that provide products or services through our products and services may also collect your personal information. Please carefully read the terms of service and privacy policies of such third parties and their updated versions.
1.2 Personal Information Automatically Collected
Automatically collected personal information refers to personal information that is automatically transmitted or sent to us through your device when you use our products and services, including:
i. Device information: including phone model, phone brand, iOS system version, iOS system API level, CPU architecture type, memory usage, network type, the name and PID of the currently running app process, and similar information.
ii. Business data: including audio collected through the microphone and similar data.
iii. Location-related data: including location information.
iv. Network log data: including the network address and network port you use.
v. AI service call logs: when you use AI-related features, we may collect service call time, call status, error logs, processing result status, network status, and other information necessary to ensure feature operation, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service stability.
In addition, where information is not actively provided, it will not be collected. Such personal information may include the following. Please carefully read the service terms and privacy policies of relevant third parties and their updated versions:
a) Umeng Analytics SDK
SDK Name: Umeng Analytics SDK
Purpose: App data statistics and analysis
Operator: Umeng Tongxin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.
Types of Personal Information Collected: Device information, including Android ID / IDFA / OAID / OpenUDID / GUID; optional IMEI / IMSI / ICCID; network information

To ensure that this app can normally receive broadcast messages pushed to the client when it is closed or running in the background, this app may use auto-start capability. The system may wake up this app through broadcast at a certain frequency. Such auto-start or associated start behavior is necessary for implementing relevant features and services.
When you open a content push notification from this app, after obtaining your explicit consent, the app may open the relevant content. Without your consent, associated startup will not occur.
b) Alibaba Cloud Integrated Authentication SDK
SDK Name: Alibaba Cloud Integrated Authentication SDK
Service Type: Integrated verification
Types of Information Collected: Device name, device model, system version

c) Third-party AI Services
Service Type: AI conversation generation, speech recognition, speech-to-text, text translation, speech translation, image understanding, video translation, content generation, audio/video processing, and similar services.
Possible Service Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other third-party AI service providers actually integrated into the product.
Types of Information That May Be Collected or Processed: Text, voice, audio files, images, videos, conversation context, processing instructions, source language, target language, generated results, service call logs, and similar information that you actively enter or upload.
Purpose of Use: To complete the AI processing requested by you, return generated results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service stability.
Special Note: Without your separate consent, we will not send your personal information to third-party AI service providers. The specific service providers, types of shared information, and processing rules shall be subject to the actual integration status, authorization pop-ups, and the third-party information sharing list displayed in the product.
2. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use your personal information to implement the various business functions of our products and services and to enable you to access and use our products and services. This includes:
2.1 Providing Our Products and Services
a) Bluetooth permission: If you use a Bluetooth device, we need to obtain authorization to access your Bluetooth device and use your personal information.
b) Location permission: If you use a Bluetooth device, we need to obtain authorization to access your location at the same time and use your personal information.
c) Network-related permissions: When you use our products and services, we need to obtain authorization for network access, viewing network connections, and viewing WLAN connections, and use your personal information.
d) Microphone permission: When you use our products and services, we need to obtain your microphone permission and use your personal information.
e) Camera permission: When you use our products and services, we need to obtain your camera permission and use your personal information.
f) Floating window permission: If you use the floating subtitle feature, we need to obtain authorization for floating window permission and use your personal information.
g) Screen broadcast permission: When you use the internal audio transcription and translation service of the floating subtitle feature, we need to call your screen recording permission to transcribe and translate internal phone audio. This service will only obtain your voice information for translation.
h) Storage permission: When you submit feedback, we need to read local images.
2.2 Providing AI-related Features
We use your personal information to provide AI-related features, including but not limited to AI speaking practice, AI conversation generation, speech recognition, speech-to-text, speech translation, text translation, image understanding, video translation, content generation, and audio/video processing.
When you use the above AI features, we may process the text, voice, audio, images, videos, conversation content, contextual information, processing instructions, source language, target language, AI-generated results, service call logs, and similar information that you actively enter or upload, depending on the specific feature.
2.3 Model Training and Optimization
We may use your personal information to train and optimize models related to our products and services, but only where permitted by laws and regulations, where there is sufficient necessity, where appropriate security measures are adopted, and where your authorization and consent have been obtained in accordance with law.
Without your separate consent, we will not provide your personal information to third-party AI service providers for their own model training, user profiling, advertising recommendations, or other purposes unrelated to this service.
2.4 Other Necessary Uses
We may use your personal information in other circumstances necessary to implement the various business functions of our products and services and to enable you to access and use our products and services.
If you refuse to grant the permissions necessary for us to provide products and services, or refuse our collection or use of your personal information, you may be unable to use all or part of our products and services.
We may combine the personal information you provide, automatically collected personal information, and general information we receive from other trusted sources to provide you with a better product and service experience.
We may use your personal information to improve our products and services, including analysis, market research, technical evaluation, business development, operation, and product improvement.
We may also use your personal information when contacting you, helping you resolve issues, or recording the handling plans and results of your issues.
2.5 Exceptions to Consent
According to relevant laws and regulations, we may use your personal information without obtaining your separate authorization or consent in the following circumstances:
i. Where it is related to national security or national defense security;
ii. Where it is related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
iii. Where it is related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;
iv. Where it is necessary to protect your or another individual’s life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
v. Where the personal information collected has been disclosed to the public by you;
vi. Where personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as lawful news reports or government information disclosure;
vii. Where it is necessary to enter into a contract at your request;
viii. Other circumstances prescribed by laws and regulations.
If we stop operating the ViiTor Real-time Translation App and related services, we will immediately stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operation by individual notice or public announcement, and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
3. Data Processing for AI Features and Third-party AI Services
To provide AI-related features, we may integrate third-party AI service providers. AI-related features include but are not limited to AI speaking practice, AI conversation generation, AI writing, AI text generation, AI translation, speech recognition, speech-to-text, speech translation, video translation, image understanding, content understanding, content summarization, audio/video processing, voice synthesis, dubbing generation, and other features supported by artificial intelligence models.
When you use the above AI features, we may process the following information depending on the specific feature:
i. Text content actively entered by you;
ii. Voice content uploaded or recorded by you;
iii. Audio files, video files, and image content;
iv. Conversation content, contextual information, and processing instructions;
v. Source language and target language;
vi. AI-generated results and user feedback;
vii. Error logs and service call logs;
viii. Device information, network information, and other information necessary to ensure service operation.
The above information will not necessarily be collected or processed for every AI feature. We will process the relevant information only within the minimum scope necessary to implement the feature actually used by you, and we will not actively collect personal information unrelated to the implementation of AI features.
3.1 Circumstances Where Data Is Sent to Third-party AI Service Providers
To implement certain AI features, we may need to send the information necessary to implement such features to third-party AI service providers for processing. For example:
i. When you use speech recognition, speech-to-text, or AI speaking practice features, we may send voice content, audio files, target language, processing instructions, and necessary service call logs;
ii. When you use AI conversation generation, text generation, summarization, rewriting, and similar features, we may send the text content you enter, conversation context, processing instructions, and AI-generated results;
iii. When you use text translation, speech translation, or video translation features, we may send text to be translated, voice content, audio files, video files, source language, target language, and processing instructions;
iv. When you use image understanding, video understanding, or audio/video processing features, we may send the images, audio, videos, processing instructions, and generated results that you actively upload.
We will only send the relevant information within the minimum scope necessary to implement the relevant AI features, and will not send personal information unrelated to such features.
3.2 Separate Notice and Consent Before Sending Data
Without your separate consent, we will not send your personal information to third-party AI service providers.
Before you use an AI feature involving the processing of personal information by a third-party AI service provider for the first time, we will clearly inform you through pop-ups, page prompts, authorization confirmation windows, or other prominent methods of the following:
i. What data needs to be sent, such as text input, voice content, audio files, video files, image content, conversation context, and processing instructions;
ii. Which third-party AI service providers the data will be sent to;
iii. The purpose of sending the data, such as speech recognition, speech-to-text, AI conversation generation, translation, content generation, audio/video processing, and result return;
iv. The possible impact of refusing authorization;
v. How to withdraw authorization;
vi. How to view this Policy and the third-party information sharing list.
Only after you click “Agree,” “Agree and Continue,” or otherwise provide explicit authorization will we send the relevant data to third-party AI service providers.
If you refuse authorization, we will not send the relevant data to third-party AI service providers, but you may be unable to use the corresponding AI features. Refusing authorization will not affect your use of other features that do not rely on third-party AI services.
3.3 Third-party AI Service Providers
The third-party AI service providers we currently integrate or may integrate include:
Third-party AI Service Provider: OpenAI
Service Purpose: AI conversation generation, speech recognition, speech-to-text, text understanding, content generation, and similar features.
Possible Types of Personal Information Shared: Text actively entered by users, voice content, audio files, conversation context, processing instructions, generated results, and necessary service call logs.
Third-party AI Service Provider: Anthropic
Service Purpose: AI conversation generation, text understanding, content generation, summarization, rewriting, and similar features.
Possible Types of Personal Information Shared: Text actively entered by users, conversation context, processing instructions, generated results, and necessary service call logs.
Third-party AI Service Provider: Google
Service Purpose: Text understanding, image understanding, speech processing, translation, multimodal content processing, and similar features.
Possible Types of Personal Information Shared: Text, images, audio, videos, processing instructions, generated results, and necessary service call logs actively entered or uploaded by users.
The specific types of information shared will depend on the features actually used by you. We will only share relevant information within the minimum scope necessary to implement the relevant AI features.
If we subsequently add other third-party AI service providers, or if there are major changes to the processing purpose, processing method, or types of personal information processed by third-party AI service providers, we will inform you through updates to this Policy, updates to the third-party information sharing list, page prompts, pop-ups, or other prominent methods, and obtain your consent in accordance with law.
3.4 Refusal or Withdrawal of Authorization
You have the right to refuse or withdraw authorization for data sharing with third-party AI services.
If you refuse authorization, we will not send the relevant personal information to third-party AI service providers, but the corresponding AI features may not function properly.
If you withdraw authorization, we will no longer send relevant personal information to the corresponding third-party AI service providers, but you may be unable to continue using AI features that rely on such third-party AI services.
Withdrawal of authorization will not affect the validity of personal information processing activities conducted before the withdrawal based on your authorization.
3.5 Data Protection Requirements for Third-party AI Services
We will sign or confirm data protection agreements, service terms, or security requirements with third-party AI service providers, requiring them to process relevant information according to the agreed purposes, processing methods, and types of personal information, and not to exceed the agreed scope of use.
We will require third-party AI service providers not to use relevant personal information for purposes unrelated to this service, including their own model training, user profiling, advertising recommendations, or other unrelated purposes, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or separately authorized by you.
Third-party AI service providers shall also adopt necessary data security protection measures.
If a third-party AI service provider is located outside China, or if the relevant processing involves cross-border transfer of personal information, we will fulfill the necessary obligations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including notice, separate consent, personal information protection impact assessment, standard contracts, certification, or other compliance obligations.
4. How We Share and Disclose Your Personal Information
4.1 Sharing
Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or where necessary to achieve a service purpose explicitly authorized by you, we will not share your personal information with third parties.
When you use features involving third-party AI services, to implement speech recognition, speech-to-text, AI conversation generation, text translation, speech translation, content generation, content understanding, audio/video processing, and similar features, we may need to send the personal information necessary to implement such features to third-party AI service providers for processing after obtaining your separate consent.
Before sending relevant personal information, we will clearly inform you through pop-ups, page prompts, or other prominent methods of the name of the third-party AI service provider, processing purpose, processing method, types of personal information, and possible impacts. We will only send such information after obtaining your separate consent.
Without your separate consent, we will not send relevant personal information to third-party AI service providers. If you refuse authorization, we will not send relevant personal information, but the corresponding AI features may not function properly. This will not affect your use of other non-AI features.
4.2 Disclosure
We will not disclose your personal information to any third party, except in the following circumstances:
i. When you voluntarily choose to disclose your information or separately authorize us to disclose it to a third party, we will disclose the personal information you have agreed or chosen to disclose to the third party designated by you.
ii. We may disclose your personal information based on relevant laws and regulations in the following circumstances:
a) Where it is related to national security or national defense security;
b) Where it is related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
c) Where it is related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;
d) Where it is necessary to protect your or another individual’s life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
e) Other circumstances prescribed by laws and regulations or required by judicial authorities.
According to the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, sharing or disclosure of de-identified personal information that cannot be restored or re-identified by the data recipient does not constitute external sharing or disclosure of personal information. Storage and processing of such data will not require separate notice to you or separate consent from you.
5. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We strive to provide security protection for your personal information to prevent illegal use, unauthorized access and disclosure, leakage, damage, and loss. We will use various security protection measures at a reasonable security level to safeguard information security. Such measures include but are not limited to encryption technologies such as SSL, anonymization, and information authorization management.
For third-party AI service providers and other third-party service providers, we will evaluate their data security capabilities and personal information protection capabilities within a commercially reasonable scope, and require them through agreements or rules to:
i. Process personal information only according to the agreed purpose;
ii. Not use personal information beyond the authorized scope;
iii. Not subcontract processing without authorization;
iv. Not use personal information for purposes unrelated to this service;
v. Not use relevant personal information for their own model training, user profiling, advertising recommendations, or other purposes unrelated to this service, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or separately authorized by you;
vi. Adopt reasonable security protection measures;
vii. Promptly notify us and assist us in handling any personal information security incident.
Although we will make every effort to protect the security of the personal information you provide to us, we also remind you that no security protection measure is 100% secure, and no security protection measure can guarantee absolute security of personal information. You are responsible for choosing any password and maintaining its overall security strength, and for ensuring the security of your information within the scope of our products and services. For example, you should ensure that any password related to accessing your personal information and account is secure and confidential.
6. How You Can Manage Your Personal Information, Cancel Your Account, and Request Data Deletion
You may access and manage your personal information in the following ways:
6.1 Changing the Scope of Your Authorization and Consent
Each business function requires basic personal information to be completed. In addition, for the collection and use of additional personal information, you may grant or withdraw your authorization and consent through settings, or contact us by email to grant or withdraw your authorization and consent.
After you withdraw your authorization and consent, we will no longer collect your personal information accordingly. However, your withdrawal of consent will not affect personal information collection, use, and processing activities carried out before the withdrawal based on your authorization.
You have the right to refuse or withdraw authorization for data sharing with third-party AI services.
If you refuse authorization, we will not send relevant personal information to third-party AI service providers, but the corresponding AI features may not function properly. Refusing authorization will not affect your use of features that do not rely on third-party AI services.
If you withdraw authorization, we will no longer send relevant personal information to the corresponding third-party AI service providers, but you may be unable to continue using AI features that rely on such third-party AI services.
Withdrawal of authorization will not affect the validity of personal information processing activities conducted before the withdrawal based on your authorization.
6.2 Responding to Your Requests
When you submit a request to us, to protect security, you may need to provide a written request and prove your identity. We may first require you to verify your identity before processing your request.
We will provide an initial response within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint or feedback by email.
For your reasonable requests, we generally do not charge a fee. However, for repeated requests or requests beyond reasonable limits, we may charge a certain cost fee as appropriate. We may reject requests that are repetitive without reason, require excessive technical means, for example requiring the development of a new system or fundamentally changing current practices, pose risks to the lawful rights and interests of others, or are impractical.
In the following circumstances, we may be unable to agree to your request in accordance with laws and regulations:
i. Where it is related to national security or national defense security;
ii. Where it is related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
iii. Where it is related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or enforcement of judgments;
iv. Where there is sufficient evidence that the personal information subject has subjective malice or abuses rights;
v. Where responding to your request would seriously damage the lawful rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
vi. Where trade secrets are involved;
vii. Other circumstances where your request cannot be responded to in accordance with laws and regulations.
6.3 Account Cancellation and Data Deletion
If you no longer use ViiTor Real-time Translation services, or if you wish to delete your personal information collected or processed by us, you may submit an account cancellation and data deletion request through the following methods:
i. In-app submission: You may log in to the ViiTor Real-time Translation App, go to “Profile” or “Upper-right Avatar Settings” - “Cancel Account,” and submit an account cancellation or data deletion request, provided that you comply with the conditions stipulated in the service agreement and applicable laws and regulations.
ii. Email submission: You may also send an email to contact@ilivedata.com with the subject line “Account Cancellation and Data Deletion Request,” “Data Deletion Request,” or “Facebook Data Deletion Request.” To protect your account security, we may ask you to provide necessary information to verify your identity, such as your registered email address, mobile phone number, user ID, third-party login method, Facebook login method, or other information necessary to confirm account ownership.
After receiving and verifying your request, we will provide an initial response within fifteen working days. After your account is cancelled or your data deletion request is confirmed, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with your request and applicable laws and regulations, unless otherwise required by laws, regulations, judicial authorities, payment settlement, dispute resolution, security audit, compliance obligations, or other legally necessary purposes.
The scope of deletion may include, but is not limited to: account registration information, login information, third-party login identifiers, nickname, avatar, email address, mobile phone number, device information, network information, operation logs, voice information, audio information, image information, video information, translation records, transcription records, AI conversation records, AI processing records, service call logs, feedback records, task records, and other account-related personal information collected or generated during your use of our services.
If you use AI-related features, including but not limited to AI speaking practice, AI conversation generation, speech recognition, speech-to-text, speech translation, text translation, image understanding, video translation, content generation, and audio/video processing, the personal information you actively enter, upload, submit, or generate through such features may also be deleted or anonymized upon your request, unless retention is required by applicable laws and regulations or is technically necessary for security, compliance, dispute resolution, or service operation purposes.
If your personal information has been sent to third-party AI service providers or other third-party service providers based on your separate consent, we will, where required by applicable laws and regulations and within a commercially reasonable scope, notify or request the relevant third-party service providers to delete or anonymize the relevant personal information in accordance with applicable laws, agreements, and their privacy policies.
If you log in to our services through Facebook, Google, Apple, or other third-party accounts, you may also request deletion of the data we obtain and store through such third-party login. Such data may include your third-party platform user ID, nickname, avatar, email address, and related login records.
For Facebook login users, if you wish to delete the data associated with your Facebook account, you may submit a deletion request by either:
i. Logging in to the ViiTor Real-time Translation App and going to “Profile” or “Upper-right Avatar Settings” - “Cancel Account”; or
ii. Sending an email to contact@ilivedata.com with the subject line “Facebook Data Deletion Request.”
After receiving and verifying your Facebook data deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the data associated with your Facebook login account, including Facebook user ID, nickname, avatar, email address, login records, and other account-related personal information collected or generated during your use of our services, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.
You may also remove our app authorization from your Facebook account by following these steps:
i. Go to your Facebook account.
ii. Open “Settings & Privacy” - “Settings.”
iii. Go to “Apps and Websites.”
iv. Find “ViiTor Translate.”
v. Click “Remove.”
You may also remove our app authorization from your Facebook, Google, Apple, or other third-party account settings. However, removing authorization from a third-party platform does not automatically delete the data already stored on our servers. If you need us to delete such data, please submit a data deletion request through the in-app or email methods described above.
