ViiTor Real-Time Translation Paid and Subscription Service Agreement


I. Agreement Description

Welcome to ViiTor Real-Time Translation.

This agreement is entered into between Beijing Cloud Curvature Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "ViiTor") and you regarding ViiTor Real-Time Translation membership services (including one-time purchases and automatic renewal subscription services).

Before clicking "Confirm Payment," "Buy Now," "Subscribe," or completing the actual payment, please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this agreement. Once you complete the confirmation check or payment, it will be deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this agreement, and this agreement will become legally binding on you.


II. Service Type Description

ViiTor Real-Time Translation is a real-time speech translation and transcription product for global users.

We offer the following two payment models:

1. One-time purchase (non-auto-renewal)

  • Purchase on a single cycle (e.g., 1 month / 1 year)
  • No automatic deduction will be made after the expiration date.
  • Users need to manually purchase again to continue using the membership service.

2. Auto-renewing subscription service

  • Automatic renewal based on a periodic period (e.g., monthly subscription / annual subscription)
  • Before the current subscription period expires, the system will automatically deduct the fee and extend the membership validity period.
  • Suitable for users with continuous usage needs


III. Membership Service Content

The membership service is a virtual digital service. Paid users can enjoy benefits including but not limited to the following:

  • Real-time voice translation (simultaneous interpretation)
  • Video/live real-time subtitles
  • Face-to-face translation
  • Priority use during peak hours (no queuing)
  • Higher accuracy and lower latency
  • Unlimited usage time (within the membership validity period)
  • Priority access to new features
  • Exclusive resources and service support

Specific benefits may be adjusted with product iterations; the actual display on the client side shall prevail.


IV. Automatic Renewal Rules (Applicable only to subscribers)

1. Deduction Mechanism

If you choose the automatic renewal service, without canceling your subscription:

  • The system will automatically deduct the fee before the end of the current subscription period.
  • After successful payment, the membership service will be automatically extended for one cycle.

2. Explanation of Different Payment Methods

(1) Apple Subscription (App Store)

Through Apple Subscription:

  • The fee will be automatically deducted within 24 hours before the due date.
  • Complete payment via Apple ID account
  • Refunds and subscription management must be processed through official Apple channels.

(2) Google Play / WeChat / Other Payment Methods

  • Automatic deduction on the subscription period expiration date
  • Payment will be deducted through your linked payment method.
  • The service will automatically renew after successful payment.

3. Deduction Failure

If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance, account abnormality, or other reasons:

  • Membership services will expire at the end of the current period.
  • The user shall bear the relevant losses.

4. Deduction Reminder

We may remind you before deducting the fee through the following methods:

  • In-App Notifications
  • System Push / Email


V. Cancel Subscription

If you do not wish to continue using the automatic renewal service, you can cancel it in the following ways:

iOS Users

Settings → Apple ID → Subscribe → ViiTor → Cancel Subscribe

Android Users

  • If subscribing via Google Play:

   Please go to Google Play → Subscribe → ViiTor → Cancel Subscribe

  • If subscribed via WeChat Pay / Stripe / other payment methods:

   Please disable auto-renewal in the corresponding payment channel (e.g., WeChat Pay contract management / payment platform subscription management)

⚠️ Note:

  • Please cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
  • Otherwise, the system will automatically renew for the next period.


VI. Fees and Refund Policy

1. Membership Service as a Virtual Digital Service

ViiTor Real-Time Translation membership is a virtual digital service. Once purchased and activated, it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be converted into cash, credits, or any other form of compensation. The user understands and agrees that, except where required by applicable law, ViiTor Real-Time Translation does not provide refunds, and no monetary or other compensation will be provided for any unused subscription time or benefits, regardless of whether the account is closed voluntarily or involuntarily.

2. Technical Limitations Disclaimer

The Service relies on artificial intelligence models to generate translation results. Although we continuously work to improve our models and algorithms, due to current technological limitations, we do not guarantee the applicability, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Service or any translated output. You acknowledge and agree that dissatisfaction with translation results or outcomes that do not meet your expectations does not constitute grounds for a refund.

The following circumstances are considered objective limitations caused by the user's device, operating system, or third-party applications, and do not constitute defects in the Service. Therefore, they are not eligible for refunds:

   a. Third-party applications disable internal audio recording due to copyright protection, privacy policies, or security restrictions; however, microphone-based audio capture may still be available.

   b. Compatibility conflicts between the target application and the user's device, operating system version, or manufacturer-customized systems (including but not limited to Samsung, Xiaomi, vivo, and OPPO) prevent internal audio recording.

   c. Third-party applications use call or VoIP permissions, causing the operating system to block access to the microphone or internal audio.

   d. The user has not granted the required permissions, or device settings restrict audio recording functionality.

   e. Functional issues caused by network conditions, device performance, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

   In the above circumstances, we will provide reasonable technical support and, where feasible, assist users in switching to alternative solutions, such as microphone-based audio capture.

3. Special Circumstances:

If the following situations exist:

  • System failure
  • Duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized charges

We will handle the matter according to law after verification.

4. Apple Subscription Refunds:

  • You need to apply through Apple's official channels.
  • We can provide consumption status information to assist in the review process.


VII. Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust membership prices based on product and operational strategies.

If adjustments occur:

  • We will notify you in advance via App notifications/on-screen prompts, etc.
  • If you do not cancel your subscription, you are deemed to have accepted the new price.


VIII. Usage Guidelines

You understand and agree:

  • Membership services are for personal use only.
  • Account sharing, renting, reselling, or commercial use is prohibited.
  • It must not be used for illegal or irregular purposes.

If any violations are found, we have the right to:

  • Restriction or termination of service
  • No refunds offered


IX. Agreement Modification and Termination

1. We have the right to update this agreement according to business needs.

2. Updates will be published in the App or on the website.

3. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated content.


X. Service Termination

We have the right to terminate the service under the following circumstances:

  • User violated the agreement
  • Abnormal or abusive behavior exists
  • Product or service adjustments

Membership rights will terminate at the end of the current period.
